Cairo – Mubasher: National Company for Maize Products said Wednesday that Misr Financial Investments has received an initial offer from International Financial Investments to acquire its stake in National Maize Products.
The offer is non-binding for either side, according to a bourse filing released on Wednesday.
International Financial Investments is 99.99% owned by Egypt Kuwait Holding (EK Holding), while Misr Financial Investments owns a 42.96% stake in National Maize Products.
