Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) said that an offer was executed by Egypt Kuwait Holding (EKH) to compulsory purchase the shares of Delta Insurance for a total value of EGP 116.8 million.
The transaction was executed on 5.8 million shares for EGP 20 each, according to Mubasher’s calculations.
In February 2018, the financial advisor Grant Thornton set the fair value (FV) of Delta Insurance’s stock from EGP 17.71 to EGP 19.72 with an average price of EGP 18.72 per share.
