Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Media Production City (EMPC) reported a decline in losses of 83.5% in the third quarter of 2016, according to the company's statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.
Net losses reached EGP 1.4 million during the three months ended September 2016, compared with EGP 8.5 million during the same period of the previous year.
The company's profits soared 849.7% in the first nine months of this year to EGP 18.9 million, from EGP 1.9 million in the year-ago period.
The company turned profitable in Q2-16, achieving profits of EGP 11.43 million.
