Cairo - Mubasher: The financial indicators of the Egyptian Media Production City (EMPC) showed a jump in profits in 2016 by 635% year-on-year.
The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday that profits totalled EGP 55.5 million last year compared to EGP 7.54 million in the year before.
Revenues increased to EGP 336.6 million in 2016 compared to EGP 309.8 million in 2015.
The EMPC said in a separate statement that it has achieved foreign exchange gains of EGP 49.7 million.
