Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Media Production City (EMPC) said that the ordinary general meeting approved cancelling 1-for-50 bonus share distribution for the fiscal year 2013.
Instead, the meeting approved paying out cash dividends at 20 piasters a share, cut from a reserved account balance for bonus share distribution.
The ordinary meeting ratified retaining FY15 earnings as well as financial statements.
The company operates with EGP 1.896 billion a nominal value of EGP 10 per share.
The stock quote was placed at EGP 3.3 with a 2.4% slide.
