Dubai - Mubasher: UAE’s ENOC Group is exploring energy investments in Egypt as part of its long-term strategy to expand in the region, the company stated on Monday on the sidelines of the Egypt Petroleum Show (EGYPS).
Through its wholly-owned exploration and production unit, Dragon Oil, ENOC Group is showcasing its diverse operations and expertise in the energy sector.
“Egypt has significant energy resources with oil and gas being among the most dynamic industries in the country,” ENOC’s Group CEO Saif Humaid Al Falasi said.
EGYPS attracts Egyptian and North African government representatives and international service providers to participate in the discussions of development opportunities in the energy sector and to overview new products and technologies.
“Investing in Egypt’s market, the third largest in Africa, complements our business strategy to go beyond the UAE and our commitment to industry-leading performance,” Al Falasi commented.
