Dubai – Mubasher: Convenience-store operator Zoom, owned by Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), announced on Wednesday opening two stores in Al Jadaf and Creek metro stations, respectively.
The Jadaf store covers 147 square feet, while the other covers 204 square feet, according to a company statement.
Zoom, which provides customers with various services such as bill payments, currently has 43 outlets in the Dubai Metro.
Commenting on the new openings, ENOC Group CEO Saif Humaid Al Falasi, stated that “As the UAE’s infrastructure expands with further investment in its rail and land transportation, different communities in diverse locations are linked with each together.”
ENOC Group’s long-term growth strategy for the ZOOM chain highlights the company’s readiness to be part of the UAE’s growth, he added.
“As we approach Dubai Expo 2020, we also look forward to expanding our network across all the new metro stations which will be added to the metro’s green and red lines.”
