Mubasher: Core inflation in the Eurozone fell to negative area last January, according to official data on Thursday.
EU's statistics agency Eurostat said that core inflation rate slipped to -1.7% in January, compared with 0.3% in the last months of 2015.
The annual inflation rate settled at 1%.
The statistics agency modified Producer Price Index reading to 0.3% in January from a preliminary reading of 0.4%.
