Cairo – Mubasher: Eagle Capital plans to float Egyptian Media Group on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) soon, sources in Egyptian Media told Alborsa newspaper on Wednesday.
Eagle Capital has no intention to push back Egyptian Media's initial public offering (IPO), the sources added.
On Tuesday, Egyptian Media CEO Hossam Saleh revealed that Eagle Capital had acquired 100% of Egyptian Media’s shares.
It is worth mentioning that Egyptian Media is the owner of ON television network and other media institutions in Egypt.
