Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eagle Hills on Sunday announced plans to build its second five-star hotel in Fujairah. The step comes as part of the company’s plan to attract tourists and investment to the Northern Emirates.
Located in Eagle Hills Fujairah Beach, the master-planned development is named Palace Fujairah Beach, the Abu Dhabi-based developer said in a statement.
The premium luxury hotel will be managed by Address Hotels + Resorts, the flagship hotel brand of Emaar Hospitality Group. It is also the second to be managed by the Emaar subsidiary in the emirate.
Featuring 162 rooms and suites, the new hotel is located by the beachfront featuring contemporary architecture and arabesque patterns, making it a “testament to a city embracing the future while staying true to its heritage.”
“The hotel will be set on a prime piece of coastline on the Gulf of Oman, known for its beautiful sands, vibrant sea-life, and the serene mountainous environment,” Eagle Hills added in its statement.
“Fujairah is a unique location in the UAE defined by its mountain landscape, rich culture, range of extreme sports activities and its direct access to the Gulf of Oman and the Indian Ocean,” commented Eagle Hills’ CEO Low Ping, highlighting his company’s belief in the “fantastic potential in Fujairah, which can be unlocked by offering the high-end facilities of Palace Fujairah Beach.”
The top official added that Eagle Hills was delighted to partner with Emaar’s Address Hotels + Resorts.
This new hotel comes after Eagle Hills uncovered its Address Fujairah Resort + Spa last year, the first of-it-kind development in Sharm, Fujairah.
