Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eagle Hills, a UAE’s real estate company, on Wednesday awarded development and construction works contract for The Address Fujairah Resort + Spa project to Joannou and Paraskevaides (J&P) Company.
The project comprises 196 rooms and four residential buildings, which include 172 branded apartment, in addition to five beach villas and five garden villas, according to a company statement.
The development also incorporates 500 metres promenade and a beach access, Eagle Hills added.
“With the ground and marine works complete and a huge level of demand coming from investors, this project is well on track for its 2019 completion,” Low Ping, Eagle Hills’ CEO, commented.
