Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eagle Hills Morocco expects to finalise works at its La Marina project in the coming seven years, with investments of more than $500 million, said a top official.
Director General Mohamed Al-Marini told Mubasher during Cityscape Abu Dhabi that the joint venture with Abu Dhabi’s Eagle Hills comprises 1,700 housing units, adding that the project is located over an area of 395,000 sqm.
The company began last year handing over housing units in phase one, while phase two is scheduled to be handed over this year, according to the official.
Al-Marini also said a hotel in La Marina would be launched in 2019 with investments reaching $100 million.
