Mubasher: UAE-based developer Eagle Hills Diyar will invest nearly $3 billion in Marassi Al Bahrain project which will be carried out in three phases, said Maher Al Shaer, CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq and managing director of Eagle Hills.
On the sidelines of launching the project, Al Shaer said the project, which will include 5,600 units and four hotels, will last 42 months.
The construction work will start in April 2016, he added.
