Cairo – Mubasher: East Delta Flour Mills said Sunday that the ordinary general meeting approved distributing cash dividends at EGP 6.75 per share for the fiscal year ended on 30 June 2016.
The ordinary meeting also approved the financial statements for the same fiscal year, the bourse filing revealed.
The company earned EGP 63.85 million over the fiscal year 2015/16, higher 49% year-on-year from EGP 42.77 million.
