Cairo – Mubasher: East Delta Flour Mills reported that its earnings jumped 121% year-on-year during the second quarter of 2016/17 to EGP 23.2 million from EGP 10.5 million, a bourse statement revealed on Monday.
Over the first six months, earnings reached EGP 49.4 million, higher 103.2% from EGP 24.3 million recorded over the year-ago period.
Revenues rose 23.15% year-on-year in the first half to EGP 1.17 billion from EGP 953.7 million, the statement indicated.
The stock increased 0.92% to EGP 62.25 by 11:36am CLT on Monday.
