Riyadh-Mubasher: Eastern Province Cement Co. has commenced the trial operation of its new cement mill, which is expected to continue for three months, according to a bourse statement issued Monday.
Commercial operation of the new mill will begin in the second quarter of 2016, the company said.
It added that the relevant financial impact is difficult to be set at this stage as it depends on market supply and demand.
The mill will operate with a production capacity of 150 tonnes of cement per hour.
