Riyadh – Mubasher: The extraordinary general assembly meeting of Eastern Province Cement Company (EPCCO) has approved SAR 129 million in cash dividends to shareholders for 2019.
The dividends will be distributed at SAR 1.50 per share, representing 15% of the share’s par value.
The number of eligible shares is 86 million shares, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday.
Distribution date has been set at 27 April 2020.
