Cairo – Mubasher: The unaudited financial statements of Eastern Co. showed net profits of EGP 3.794 billion during fiscal year 2019/2020, slightly up from EGP 3.733 billion a year earlier.
The tobacco manufacturer achieved revenues of EGP 14.46 billion in the year ended 30 June, compared to EGP 14 billion in the prior year, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
During the first nine months of FY19/20, the company logged EGP 3.13 billion in net profit, compared to EGP 2.895 billion in the year-ago period.
