Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s cigarette maker Eastern Company (Eastern Tobacco) said it raised the selling prices of two cigarettes’ brands.
Eastern Tobacco raised the price of Cleopatra queen from EGP 10.5 to EGP 12.5 per pack, while increased the price of Cleopatra super from EGP 12 to EGP 12.75 per pack.
The company produced 81.7 billion cigarettes in the fiscal year 2014 – 2015, while produced 83.4 billion cigarettes in the fiscal year 2015 – 2016, while targets producing 84 billion cigarettes in the fiscal year 2016 – 2017.
