Riyadh – Mubasher: The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) has added the subscribed shares of Al Kathiri Holding Co on Wednesday to the investors’ accounts pursuant to the allocated securities of each subscriber.
Falcom Financial Services had announced earlier that the initial public offering (IPO) of Al-Kathiri had been oversubscribed by 251%.
Moreover, the Saudi Capital Market Authority's (CMA) board had approved the prospectus for the IPO concerning the offering of 819,000 shares, representing 26.1% of the capital.
