Cairo - Mubasher: Egyptian authorities have released Edita Food Industries' sugar stocks that were seized yesterday from Beni Suef factory, the company’s investors relations Manager Menna Shams El-Din told Mubasher on Wednesday.
The Beni Suef plant is expected to return to work soon, she added.
Security forces raided Edita’s factory on Tuesday and seized around 2,000 tons of sugar which led to the suspension of the factory’s production by the company, according to a bourse filing.
