Cairo – Mubasher: Edita Food Industries said Sunday that it will hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 28 March to discuss distributing cash dividends of 15 piasters per share for fiscal year 2016, totalling EGP 108.7 million.
The OGM will also discuss and adopt the financial statements for FY16, in addition to the board and auditor’s reports on the year, according to a bourse filing.
By 11am Cairo time, the stock rose 2.53% to EGP 18.25.
