Cairo - Mubasher: Edita Food Industries announced on Wednesday acquiring a EGP 19 million plot of land, to establish a new factory, according to a bourse filing.
The lot’s area is 12,800 square meter, and it’s located in the industrial zone in 6th of October City.
Payment will be through 3 Installments in 6 months, starting August.
The food company owns 4 plants containing 26 production lines.
Edita’s stock closed Wednesday at EGP 13.85, losing 4.48%, with 52,500 shares traded at a turnover of EGP 733,600.
