Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Edition Hotels revealed that it has opened its first branch in the Middle East in Abu Dhabi's mixed-use development Bloom Marina.
“Bloom is proud to bring the first Edition Hotel to the Middle East, marking an important milestone in its efforts to expand its hospitality portfolio in partnership with reputed international hotel brands,” said Bloom Holding CEO Sameh Muhtadi said.
Edition, which is developed by American hotelier and real estate developer Ian Schrager in a partnership with Marriott International, features 198 guest rooms and 57 exclusively-serviced residences.
Outlets include two signature restaurants, a gourmet market, lobby bar, pool bar, and a three-story nightclub.
"We are confident that The Abu Dhabi Edition will set the bar high for delivering outstanding guest experiences through combining exceptional design and innovation with personal, friendly, modern five-star service,” Muhtadi added.
The hotel, designed using a sophisticated neutral palette, also has over 900 square metres of meeting and event space including several meeting studios, ballrooms, and boardrooms.
The chain has already opened eight hotels and plans to launch 30 more in the coming few years.
