Kuwait-Mubasher: Educational Holding Group has sold its entire stake in Advanced Educational, a subsidiary in Saudi Arabia, for SAR 129.97 million or KWD 10.48 million ($34.5 million).
After the wind-up step, the Kuwaiti company noted in a bourse filing that it would have a loss worth about KWD 380,000 reflected in its financial statement for the second quarter of fiscal year 2015/2016.
