Mubasher: Effect Real Estate Co said that its losses enlarged by 237.3% during the third quarter ended on 31 October 2018 compared to the corresponding period a year ago.
Losses deepened to about KWD 61,060 ($200,860) in Q3 ended on 31 October 2018 from nearly KWD 18,100 ($59,540) in the same period last year, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
During the first nine-month period ended on 31 October, Effect Real Estate incurred a loss of about KWD 12,340 when compared to nearly KWD 84,750 in the same period a year ago, registering a year-on-year decrease of 85.44%.
Total liabilities increased by 47.4% to approximately KWD 143,400 in 9M ended on 31 October 2018 from nearly KWD 97,300 in the same period in the previous year.
