Cairo – Mubasher: Egy Lease, owned by the Industrial Development and Workers Bank of Egypt, is in negotiations with the Egyptian Arab Land Bank (EALB) and the United Bank to obtain a loan worth EGP 300 million.
The company aims to receive EGP 150 million from each bank in the current period, the company’s chairperson, Iman Ismail, told Mubasher.
During the first half of 2019, Egy Lease received a loan valued at EGP 300 million poured into the health, retail, and contracting sectors, she added.
The company is planning to increase its financing portfolio to EGP 1 billion by the end of 2019, compared to EGP 700 million at the end of June.
