Cairo – Mubasher: The Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) has signed a protocol with Chinese ministerial commercial counsellor, Han Bing, to build a training centre for workers at the Economic Zone of Ain Sokhna, with a total investment of EGP 110 million.

The project – a grant from the Chinese government – will include the building of an integrated training complex equipped with cutting-edge technology labs serving a variety of industries, SCZone’s chairman, Yehia Zaki, revealed.

The new training centre will offer basic, advanced, and technical training in artificial intelligence (AI), renewable energy, and information technology, Zaki added.

The top official noted that the project is intended to increase the efficiency of workers, which contributes to boosting the global ranking of Ain Sokhna’s economic zone.
