Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s Ministry of Petroleum announced Saturday that it signed an agreement with Electricité de France (EDF Group), owner of Italy’s Edison Company, to develop the second phase of Abu Qir Gas Project.
The $220 million project is aiming at adding about 150 cubic feet of natural gas per day and 6,000 barrels of crude oil and condensate a day, according to a statement released on Saturday.
