Egypt, KSA ink MoU on digital transformation

Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt and Saudi Arabia have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to cooperate in digital transformation and electric payment.

The three-year MoU covers a number of fields, including capacity building, innovation, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence (AI), according to a statement released by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology on Tuesday.

The agreement also includes cooperation between Technology Industry and Digital Capacities Agency at the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC) of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) at the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT).
