Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt welcomes any new Kuwaiti investments , said Trade Minister Tarek Kabil, adding that economic relations are strong between both countries.
The minister also lauded the Kuwaiti support for Egypt's economy in recent period.
The statements came during a meeting with Kuwaiti Ambassador to Cairo Salem Al-Zamanan.
The two sides discussed means to bolster economic cooperation in the fields of trade in the coming period.
The Kuwaiti official said that his country is investing in 964 Egyptian projects involving sectors of industry, tourism, real estate, communications and information technology, in addition to agriculture.
