Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian investment minister Sahar Nasr and housing minister Mostafa Madbouli are currently visiting Saudi Arabia to consider potential projects to be financed by the SAR 60 billion joint investment fund.
The terms of the aforementioned fund have been adjusted to allow the Egyptian government to participate with a stake in kind in the anticipated projects, in addition to transferring earnings abroad, sources told Almal News.
Both of the Egyptian ministers will meet with a number of sovereign funds' officials in the kingdom to discuss investment projects in El-Alamein and South Sinai.
Given that, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman had met with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on 4 March, in a three-day visit to Cairo.
