Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt Aluminum invited the shareholders to attend the ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 28 September to discuss the dividends distribution for the FY 2015-2016.
The meeting will consider the distribution of EGP 0.50 per share and the recommendation of distributing a bonus share per every 10 shares, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The company’s board approved the distribution of a share for every 10 shares to be deducted from the reserves account to support the owner equity.
