Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt Aluminum said Sunday that it plans to establish a net plant to raise its production capacity to 550,000 tonnes per year.
The new project is a production line with a capacity of 250,000 tonnes per year, according to a bourse filing.
The company’s chairman and managing director, Abdul Zahir Abdul Sattar, said that the project will be executed in two phases; the first worth EGP 2.5 billion and the second is valued at EGP 1.3 billion.
