Cairo-Mubasher: Egypt’s consumer price index (CPI) increased last February by 31.7% year-on-year, according to the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS).
The CPI reached 233.7 points in February 2017, compared to 227.5 points in January 2017, the government statistics body said on Thursday.
Monthly inflation rates declined to 2.7% in February from 4.3% in January.
