Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt Gas Company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) has agreed to distribute cash dividends of EGP 2 per share for fiscal year 2016.
Total dividends amount to EGP 24 million divided into EGP 19.2 million for shareholders of Egyptian Natural Gas Holding and 4.8 million for other shareholders.
The OGM also adopted the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016, in addition to the board's and auditors' reports on the year, according to a bourse filing.
