Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt Gas on Thursday posted it has turned to losses during the first quarter of 2018.
Losses amounted to EGP 13.5 million in the three-month period ended last March, against profits of EGP 12.26 million in the prior-year period, the company said in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Revenues rose to EGP 397.3 million in Q1-18 from EGP 318.6 million in the year-ago period.
The financial indicators of the company had previously shown it has suffered losses of EGP 12 million in Q1-18.
