Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Egypt Gas approved a cash dividend of EGP 1 per share for 2020.
The dividends will be paid in one or more installments depending on the company’s liquidity position, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
During 2020, Egypt Gas achieved net profits of EGP 84.632 million, down from EGP 164.95 million in 2019.
