Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt Gas said its losses for the second quarter of 2016 increased by 97.8% y-o-y.
The company logged losses of EGP 61.9 million ($6.96 million) for the second quarter of 2016, compared with EGP 31.3 million ($3.5 million) for the same period of the previous year.
As for the first half of 2016, the company said it suffered losses of EGP 47.95 million compared with EGP 48.61 million for the similar period of 2015.
Egypt Gas saw profits of EGP 13.99 million for the first quarter of 2016, against losses of EGP 17.3 million for the same period of 2015.
