Cairo – Mubasher: The value of development cooperation portfolio between Egypt and South Korea reached around $458 million, Egyptian international cooperation minister Rania El Mashat stated.
The portfolio included $115 million investment for the development of railways network in Luxor, El Mashat added during a meeting with South Korean ambassador to Egypt Yoon Yeocheol.
The minister noted that the portfolio also included EUR 243 million investment for the procurement and manufacturing of 32 metro cars for the third and fourth phases in the Third Line of Cairo Metro.
Moreover, Yeocheol said that his country is looking forward to enlarging development and economic cooperation with Egypt.
