Cairo – Mubasher: The cooperation portfolio between Egypt and Switzerland has reached about EUR 48 million, the Egyptian minister of international cooperation Rania Al-Mashat said.
These investments have been injected to various sectors, including communications, urban planning, potable water, sanitation, textiles, health, and environment, Al-Mashat added in a statement on Thursday.
A total of 200 joint developmental projects between Switzerland and Egypt have been established with a value of CHF 700 million (EUR 653.29 million), she revealed.
Al-Mashat pointed out that Egypt is looking forward to a new phase of cooperation with the central European nation under the new cooperation strategy for the period 2021-2024.
