Cairo – Mubasher: Hassan Allam Holding said that its unit H.A. Utilities will partner with the UK-based Lightsource BP to set up a joint venture to fund, establish, and operate solar power projects in the Egyptian market.
The strategic alliance will pave the way for developing the company’s business and projects in Egypt, CEO of Hassan Allam Holding Amr Allam said in a statement.
For his part, founder and CEO of Lightsource BP Nick Boyle said that this kind of projects in the emerging markets is well-known for high dividends and attractive growth estimates.
