Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian minister of planning and economic development Hala El-Saeed approved injecting further investments of EGP 700 million into “Decent Life” initiative to support development plans in 143 villages.
The “Decent Life” initiative will be part of plans for developing eleven of the neediest governorates in the country during fiscal year 2019/2020, El-Saeed revealed in a statement on Tuesday.
A total amount of EGP 200 million will be pumped into 35 sanitation projects, she added.
The first phase of “Decent Life” initiative includes eleven governorates, namely, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Beheira, Minya, Aswan, Matrouh, New Valley, Luxor, Qalyubia, and Dakahlia.
