Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum announced the introduction of precautionary measures to protect employees working at Khalda Petroleum Company against infection of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Ahram reported on Monday.
This move came after a foreign expert working at the fields of the petroleum company tested positive for the new virus.
As per instructions of the Ministry of Health, the patient was sent to a quarantine centre and is currently under observation and receiving medical care.
