Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange indices kicked off Monday’s session in green zone, as the benchmark index surged 0.71% or 43.2 points reaching the level of 6,051 points.
The small and mid-caps index EGX70 went up to 351.3 points, while the broader index EGX100 gained 0.49% to 714.8 points.
Similarly, the equal weighted index EGX50 leapt 1.17% to 1,123.8 points.
Arab and foreign investors extended their buying activity by 203,000 and 53,000 stocks respectively, while local investors came as sellers with 256,400 stocks.
