Cairo – Mubasher: The benchmark EGX30 index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) rose 0.38% or 52.47 points to the level of 13,736.74 points.
The EGX50 index also grew 0.11%, while the EGX70 and EGX100 indices declined 0.33% and 0.22%, respectively.
By 10:38 am Cairo time, trading volume reached 94.3 million shares exchanged at EGP 141.1 million through 3,090 transactions.
Foreign investors were net buyers by EGP 10.18 million, while Egyptian and Arab traders were net sellers by EGP 7.84 million and EGP 2.33 million, respectively.
Amer rose 3.03%, Porto advanced 2.86%, and Crédit Agricole ascended 2.41%.
The Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB) levelled up 0.18% to EGP 85.49.
Meanwhile, Juhayna fell 2.88%, Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals declined 2.02%, and Citadel retreated 1.96%.
