Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) has purchased 300,000 tonnes of wheat in an international tender, Reuters reported.
The shipment will take place between 26 October and 5 November, the GASC said on Wednesday.
The North African nation has agreed to purchase 240,000 tonnes of Russian wheat and 60,000 tonnes of French wheat.
