Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) decided to purchase 86,000 tonnes of vegetable oil from international suppliers.
The shipment, which includes 60,000 tonnes of soybean oil and 26,000 tonnes of sunflower oil, will take place between 25 November and 15 December, according to a statement on Wednesday.
This move is part of GASC’s strategy to boost its reserve of basic commodities.
