Cairo - Mubasher: Egypt is on the verge of finalizing the agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) regarding the Egyptian economic development Programme, according to the minister of finance Amr El-Garhy.
The economic reforms have been taken place prior to the negotiations with the IMF stressed El-Garhy on the sidelines of the World Bank and the IMF annual meetings in Washington.
