Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt has cut the subsidies for supply commodities by 59% during July and August 2016, according to Ministry of Finance’s monthly bulletin.
The amount of subsidies for supply commodities stood at EGP 3.4 billion in July and August 2016, compared with EGP 8.34 billion for the same period a year earlier.
Egypt state budget targets subsidies for supply commodities amount to EGP 41 billion, compared with EGP 37.7 billion in the previous year.
